There are hundreds of locations in the beautiful state of Washington to choose from for your photo session. Here I have listed just a few of those incredible spots. If you prefer an indoor session or have another special location in mind, let's chat and discuss your vision!
Discovery Park
Discovery Park is the largest public park in Seattle with almost 12 miles of walking trails. This is a great spot for photos because of the beautiful views of the Puget Sound and the West Point Lighthouse. However, parking is limited and may be difficult on weekends.

Kerry Park
Kerry Park is a small park in Seattle, but offers great views of the Seattle skyline with the iconic Space Needle. You may even recognize the park from one of my favorite movies, "10 Things I Hate About You" or the 80's classic, "Say Anything".
Point Defiance Park
Point Defiance Park in Tacoma is the perfect spot for summer photos while the flowers are in bloom in the gardens. Walk the trails through the forest to see the amazing views of Tacoma Narrows Bridge and Gig Harbor.
Alki Beach
Alki Beach is a sandy beach in West Seattle that offers views of the Puget Sound and the incredible Olympic Mountains as well as the Seattle skyline. Alki Beach is also a great spot for whale watching, especially in the fall and winter months.
Mount Rainier National Park
Mount Rainier National Park offers a variety of stunning locations with both lake and mountain scenery. Summer is beautiful for photos with the wildflowers while fall brings the magical fall colors.
Sunrise Beach Park
Sunrise Beach Park is a little hidden gem in Gig Harbor. Here you will find views of Vachon Island, Commencement Bay, and Point Defiance. On a clear day you can even spot Mount Rainier. Like the name suggests, this park is a great photo spot for early risers to take advantage of the beautiful sunrises.
Washington Park Arboretum
Washington Park Arboretum is beautiful and easily accessible making it a great location for a photo session. With beautiful gardens, wooded areas, ponds, and bridges, Washington Park Arboretum offers plenty of variety. The arboretum can get busy on weekends so you may want to consider a weekday photo session here.
Olympic National Park
Olympic National Park is a bit of a treck to get to, but if you are up for a road trip, it will not disappoint! Whether you want coastline, tranquil forest, wildflower meadows, or rainforest, Olympic National Park has it all.
